As we are in Call Center business for a long time, with a lot of them happily running, we had also a lot of CRM integrations. Some of integrations were light and some required a lot of skilled team members to keep their hands and heads warm. In our journey, at start our call center had a simple contact management module. Second step was integration with third party CRM products. Then we discovered Salesforce. It was clear: our Call Center must be a part of number one CRM in the world. But also, a new obsession was born for Salesforce itself.
In December we expanded our Salesforce team with three new members. Today they are certified team members for implementation and development.
